Troy specialises in project delivery, risk mitigation, avoidance and construction disputes. He has over 20 years' experience in the industry and is widely recognised for his expertise in security of payment legislation, having acted for both claimants and respondents and trained industry participants and adjudicators.
Troy has extensive project experience across multiple areas, including major commercial construction, civil works projects, infrastructure projects, water, energy and resources projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs), LNG projects and mining. He advises on all aspects of a project, including contract drafting, risk allocation, project structuring and dispute resolution, taking into account both legal and commercial considerations.
Troy has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer in Queensland from 2012 to 2024, and in The Best Lawyers in Australia for Construction/Infrastructure Law since 2014.
