After completing his service as a Judge Advocate Officer of ROK Army, Mr. Hong Jae Lee started his career as a prosecutor at Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office in 1993. Mr. Lee worked in different district Prosecutors’ Offices as a prosecutor, deputy chief prosecutor and chief prosecutor, and left the Prosecutors’ Office as a Chief Prosecutor of Foreign Affairs at Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office. After his resignation, he served as: the member of the E-Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee and the Task Force for Amendment of Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, external director of Eugene Investment & Securities and Hyundai iBT, and auditor of Shinwon Construction, etc.

With his extended experience of more than 20 years as a prosecutor, attorney, external director, etc., he is providing a wide range of legal services in the areas of criminal law, litigation and mediation, finance and securities, construction and real estate, fair trade, etc.
