Managing Partner

Mr. Bong Kwan Sa is a partner in the Construction & Real Estate Team under the Litigation Group at Jipyong. He advises and represents clients in the areas of general corporate matters, international transactions, construction, real estate and criminal litigation.

Before joining Jipyong, Mr. Sa served as a judge at Seoul Northern District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Suncheon Branch of Gwangju District Court, Seoul Western District Court and Seoul High Court. He also worked as a judicial researcher at the Constitutional Court. While serving as a Chief Justice at Gwangju District Court, Seongnam Branch of Suwon District Court and Seoul Central District Court, Mr. Sa exclusively worked on construction-related cases.

Mr. Sa also served as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Korea.

Mr. Sa is a member of the Korean Bar. He was a Visiting Scholar to the University of British Columbia. Mr. Sa has an LL.B from Seoul National University.
