Mr. Jeong Kyu Choe is a partner in the IP & Technology Team of the Litigation Group, and advises and represents clients on the matters related to IP, and information and telecommunications.

Mr. Choe has dealt with the recent issues in copyright, trademark, design, trade secret, data protection and corporate security. He specializes in advising the domestic major media companies including broadcasting companies, information and telecommunications service providers and entertainment companies, and has successfully represented the clients in a number of related civil and criminal cases.

In addition, he advises the Korea Communications Commission on broad legal issues including regulation in the field of broadcasting/telecommunications, and has in-depth knowledge and know-how in national R&D projects of the domestic R&D institutions and public administration of the governmental authorities. Also a renowned criminal defense attorney for his ability to accurately and efficiently handle cases arguing for defendant's innocence, Mr. Choe is actively involved in pro bono matters, advocating the human rights of the disabled and minors, and freedom of expression.
