Mr. Seung Jin Park is a Partner Construction & Real Estate Team under Litigation Group. He has extensive experience in corporate advisory, restructuring, M&A and management disputes, acquired through decades of practice starting in 2001.

Formerly legal counsel for Seoul Metropolitan City, he represents numerous clients in disputes and matters related to urban environmental regeneration projects, Public-private partnership, public contracts, common property and Social Overhead Capital (SOC) construction, which has bolstered his expertise in the real estate practice area.

Mr. Park holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Yonsei University.

He is a member of the Korean Bar.
