Ms. Jae Min Youn is a Partner in the Financial Advisory Group and specializes in advising clients on financial arrangements, including domestic and cross-border project financing, insolvency proceedings (e.g., workouts, rehabilitation, and bankruptcy), and foreign exchange transactions.

Ms. Youn specializes in advising on the establishment and operation of project financing vehicles (PFVs) for various development projects, providing legal advice on project operations, financing structures, and secured and unsecured project financing. Her experience also includes advising on investment-related matters, representing administrators in rehabilitation proceedings, and advising on workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, and foreign exchange transactions.
