Mr. Jung Han Yoo is a partner in the Financial Regulation Group of JIPYONG LLC. Mr. Yoo completed training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2008. Currently, as the head of the Financial Regulation Group in the Financial Advisory Group at Jipyong, he supervises all aspects of financial regulation, including financial company licensing and business conduct regulation, financial company inspection and sanctions, e-finance and fintech, and digital assets.

During his early years as an attorney, he focused on transactional advice, including project finance, real estate finance and structured finance, advising major Korean financial institutions on financial laws and various transaction structures. Since then, he has expanded his expertise to various fields after returning from training in the U.S. in 2013. He provided comprehensive advice to domestic financial institutions and corporations on overseas expansion and related licensing matters, and worked closely with Jipyong's overseas offices to achieve successful results. He also has extensive experience in new technologies and new industries such as e-finance, fintech, digital assets, and blockchain, including inspections and sanctions against financial companies, and provides in-depth advice to clients.

Mr. Yoo is a member of the Korean Bar and the New York Bar. He has an LL.B. from Seoul National University and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
