- Advising the shareholders of an industry leading electronics testing company in the sale of their shares to a company which is part of an international testing, inspection and certification (TIC) Group who employs over 10,000 people in over 35 countries, in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Oceania.
- Advising Turners (Soham) Limited, being a privately owned Transport company operating in excess of 1850 vehicles from 32 sites and employing over 3400 people, in relation to various strategic acquisitions.
- Advising Grove & Dean Limited, one of the UK's leading independent Chartered insurance brokers, on a number of complex commercial contracts.
- Advising a majority shareholder in the sale of his shares, in one of UK’s top 10 concrete companies with a turnover in excess of £70m, to an Employee Ownership Trust for a value in excess of £10m.
- Advising the International Paralympic Committee in respect of all of the IPC’s income generating activity. Tees is also advising on other commercial issues (including data protection), intellectual property strategy, protection and enforcement and on contract work relating to the IPC’s technology needs and procurement activity.
- Advised Roland Henry in relation to the sale of Third Light Limited to a US based private equity firm (Clearhaven Partners).
- Advised Island Pacific on two major contracts with Adena Brand Limited and Adena Services, the holding company for high street retailers Monsoon and Accessorise and other smaller brand / stores.
