He advises clients in respect of investigations conducted by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore ("CCCS"), leniency applications and merger notifications filed with the CCCS. He regularly oversees multijurisdictional reviews of merger control, foreign investment and other regulatory issues arising from cross-border transactions, as well as the relevant filing and review processes.
