GTCR LLC and Reverence Capital Partners L.P., in Singapore employment matters, in relation to its acquisition of Wells Fargo's asset management arm. The Bank of N T Butterfield & Son, in Singapore employment matters, in relation to its acquisition of Credit Suisse's trust business in Singapore. As legal adviser to various Singapore and foreign multi-national companies in relation to their employment contracts, global share incentive plans and establishment of local employment practices, benefits and policies.
