Jayne Lee is a Partner in the Corporate Governance and Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices.

Her main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance and corporate advisory, covering both public and private clients.

Jayne graduated from the University of Nottingham and was awarded The Singapore Institute of Legal Education Prize for the Best Student on the Course in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations 2014. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

Significant transactions that Jayne has been involved in include advising / acting for the following:

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited as Singapore compliance counsel in its bid and subsequent acquisition of a significant shareholding interest in Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Sabeco), for approximately VND109,965.6 billion (approximately US$4.8 billion). Olam International Limited as Singapore counsel in Olam Food Ingredients' acquisition of Olde Thompson at an enterprise value of US$950 million. XIO Group as Singapore legal counsel in relation to the global acquisition of the J.D. Power and Associates business by XIO Group from S&P Global for US$1.1 billion.
