Junior Associate

Atty. Alyssa Jasmin R. Perez is an Associate of V&A Law’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department.

Prior to her legal career, Atty. Perez gained valuable professional experience working as an Actuarial Valuations Specialist in the pre-need and insurance industry, where she gained experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, reporting, and valuation.

During law school, she served as an intern at the Court of Tax Appeals, where she was exposed to judicial processes involving complex tax disputes, and at the UP Office of Legal Aid, where she assisted in providing legal services to indigent clients.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026 and joined the Firm in the same year.
