Career
Vince Ephraim B. Tambaoan is an Associate of the V&A Law's Corporate and Commercial Law Department.
While completing his law degree, he held positions in all three branches of government. In the legislative branch, he served as a legislative officer and was later appointed Chief of Staff to a Member of the House of Representatives, with his service spanning the 18th and 19th Congresses. In the judiciary, he worked in the Office of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. In the executive branch, he briefly served in the Department of Agrarian Reform.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 and joined the Firm the same year.
Education
Vince obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2024 and his undergraduate degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2018.
