Junior Associate

Sanny-Din L. Usodan joined V&A Law as an Associate in 2025.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was able to garner extensive knowledge and experience in doing both external and internal audit of various multinational corporations.

Sanny was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.

Sanny obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2024 from the University of the Philippines Diliman - College of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. During his time in law school, he was a consistent member of the Order of the Purple Feather – the official honor society of the Juris Doctor program of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

Sanny received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Mindanao State University – Main Campus (Marawi) in 2011, where he graduated cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having passed the 2011 CPA Board Examination.
