Atty. Sanny-Din L. Usodan is an Associate of V&A Law's Corporate and Commercial Law Department.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Atty. Usodan gained extensive knowledge and work experience in doing both external and internal audits of various multinational corporations.

Atty. Usodan was officially admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. He joined V&A Law in the same year.
