Junior Associate

Edgardo joined V&A Law in 2024 and is currently engaged in the practice of labor and employment law. He is a seasoned litigator with five years of experience across both corporate and law firm settings.

Before joining the Firm, he served as a corporate litigation lawyer for one of the country’s largest consumer finance providers, where he managed civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases. Prior to that, as a senior associate lawyer in a reputable full-service boutique law firm, he specialized in complex litigation, successfully handling narcotics cases, tax, land, and labor disputes, Ombudsman and criminal investigations, corporate conflicts, and civil suits, among others.

Today, Edgardo delivers strategic legal counsel to both local and international clients, advising on employment compliance, dispute resolution, and contract management. He continues to successfully represent clients before the National Labor Relations Commission and higher courts, addressing illegal dismissal, money claims, and labor relations. His ability to navigate high-stakes cases while ensuring regulatory compliance sets him apart as a trusted legal advisor.

Edgardo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University College of Law in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University, which he completed in 2012.
