Ms. Anna Marie Grace M. Antonio is an Associate of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She has experience in tax advisory, contract review, drafting of various transaction documents, and general corporate and commercial law. She joined V&A Law in 2025.
Prior to her legal career, Anna gained professional experience in tax compliance and advisory as an Associate in the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) Group of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.).

Anna was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
Education
Anna obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University - School of Law in 2024 and her undergraduate degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University in 2017. She earned her license as a Certified Public Accountant in 2018.
