Junior Associate

Erika is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department, admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024. She provides advisory and dispute resolution services to both local and multinational clients, assisting on matters involving employment contracts, compliance policies, corporate transitions, and workplace investigations.

Her practice covers a wide spectrum of labor issues, including illegal dismissal, redundancy, due process and disciplinary procedures, restrictive covenants, workplace monitoring under the Data Privacy Act, and OSHS compliance. She regularly works with HR professionals and management teams to ensure sound implementation of labor strategies and risk mitigation.

Before entering legal practice, Erika built a career as a writer, editor, and researcher, honing her skills in clear and persuasive communication—an ability she now brings to her legal work. Since starting her practice in 2025, she has already contributed to significant labor engagements and advisory projects for major corporations.

Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)

Erika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. She holds a LIA-COM dual degree in International Studies – European Studies and Commerce, major in Management of Financial Institutions, from De La Salle University, and completed coursework for a Master’s in International Studies.
