Mr. Warren Edrick G. Chu is an Associate of the Firm. Prior to joining V&A Law in 2024, he handled cases involving labor, dispute resolution, and construction-related matters. Despite being a young lawyer, he has already gained experience in successfully negotiating against older and more seasoned lawyers, ensuring that his clients’ interests are protected. Currently, he is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law Department, rendering corporate secretarial work and legal advisories in the fields of Immigration, Gaming Law, Taxation, and Power & Energy. He also assists in conducting legal due diligence for the Firm’s practice relating to Mergers & Acquisitions.
