Julia's practice includes cross-border Will work, ensuring seamless estate planning for clients with assets in multiple countries. She has a strong background in trust and charity law, with experience handling matters involving the Charity Commission.

Julia advises a diverse range of clients from UK and international individuals to their families and trustees. She is a trusted adviser for UK entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals, as well as for non-UK domiciliaries. Her experience extends to representing both corporate and individual trustees, whether they are based in the UK or elsewhere, along with other private client service providers.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of Julia's work is developing client relationships that span multiple generations. She is dedicated to helping families safeguard their wealth for the long term. Her recent projects include advising a family on transitioning assets to the next generation while ensuring appropriate provisions and control for the current generation, as well as reorganising trusts to allocate specific assets to designated beneficiaries in a tax-efficient manner.
