Hannah’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and other corporate transactional work. She advises clients in a range of industry sectors including Real Estate and Construction, Financial Services and Aviation.

Hannah is a US-qualified lawyer and a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to her admission to the New York State Bar, she worked as a paralegal in the transportation and corporate practices of international law firms in Singapore.

She is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.
