Lisa focuses on all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce and separation, child care and custody matters, financial applications, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, injunctions, relocation and removal applications, wardship, applications in relation to child abduction under the Hague Convention. She also advises on matters in relation to surrogacy, parental orders and jurisdictional disputes, as well as same-sex relationship disputes.

Lisa is fluent in English and Cantonese, conversational in Putonghua.

Lisa was the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Family Law Association for 3 years from 2021 to 2024, and currently serves as Vice Chairperson. Lisa is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and also a member of the Hong Kong Collaborative Practice Group.
