Jesy is a partner in our Real Estate practice. She has a wide range of experience in real estate matters and advises on complex acquisition and disposal of properties, property joint development, sale and leaseback transactions, commercial and industrial leases, and build-to-suit transactions.

Her portfolio of transactions includes development land, industrial land, estate land, land beneath water, reclaimed land, under-construction development and office building. She has advised and represented leading property developers, multi-national corporations (MNC), government linked companies (GLC), foreign direct investors, data centre companies, listed companies, receivers and managers, and liquidators.
