Lisa is a partner in the firm's construction group. She has had extensive experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in the procurement, implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects.

Lisa has advised on many of the largest transport infrastructure projects in the last decade and is an expert in front-end construction, having advised on the procurement and contractual documentation required for delivery of major transport projects.

Known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice, Lisa manages teams to ensure that infrastructure projects are procured and delivered on a best for project basis. She has experience in many contracting models from alliance/collaborative/early contractor involvement to public private partnerships (PPPs) and NZ and overseas standard forms of contract. One of her strengths is advising on the best procurement and contracting model to achieve client and project outcomes, whilst ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

Lisa has also advised a number of private clients, contractors and consultants on construction projects in NZ under standard forms of contract such as NZS 3910/3916, Conditions of Contact for Consultancy Services (CCCS) as well as Build-Own and Operate (BOOT), Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) and Alliance contracts.
