Nina heads the firm's Litigation National Practice Group.

She is a specialist in large-scale litigation with a particular focus on regulatory advice and investigations, financial markets and company law, fair trading and consumer law, competition law, consumer credit, class actions and litigation funding, shareholder disputes and breaches of contract.

Nina has extensive experience acting for corporate clients, directors, and regulators in the resolution of large commercial disputes, including through court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.

She provides clear, considered, and commercially focused advice to her clients, and is a trusted advocate for them.

She is also admitted as a Solicitor, England and Wales (non-practising).
