Perminder is a Partner in our Immigration Team and heads up the Immigration department. Perminder joined the firm in July 2025 from renowned immigration specialist law firm, Manis Law.

With over a decade of experience in Immigration law, Perminder represents clients at all levels from business immigration and points-based system applications to all in-country and entry clearance applications.

Perminder routinely represents local SME’s and large multinational organisations, his in-depth knowledge of Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled Worker visas regularly sees him at the heart of global migration for various sectors such as Hospitality, Construction, Financial, Manufacturing, Education, Fashion, Technology, Agriculture and Horticulture, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Dental practices, Care facilities and Veterinarian practices.

Perminder is also an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA)
