Nicky Tse is a Hong Kong solicitor, notary public and China-appointed attesting officer specializing in litigation, ADR and corporate and commercial matters.

For contentious matters, Nicky works regularly with a team of Counsel and Senior Counsel with various specialties in arbitration tribunals and all levels of Courts. His wide range of case profiles includes complex shareholders and boardroom disputes, aviation contracts, sports, medical-legal, trust, contentious probate and land matters. Nicky is one of the few litigators who handles sports law cases protecting athletes' rights.

For commercial matters, Nicky regularly advises cross-border corporations ranging from aviation, international trade, F&B and entertainment industries, including M&A deals, restructuring, banking and other company matters.

He also advises on law enforcement investigations and dealt with all major law enforcement agencies including the Police, the Securities and Futures Commission and the ICAC.

In September 2020, Nicky was appointed as a notary public by the Chief Judge of the Hong Kong High Court.

In May 2023, Nicky was appointed as a China-appointed Attesting Officer (CAAO) by the Ministry of Justice, People’s Republic of China.

Nicky joined OLN in 2021 as Consultant Solicitor with his team. Before that, he served as a litigation associate in Yung, Yu, Yuen & Co., then Hoosenally and Neo as a Consultant Solicitor, where he established his own practice.

Nicky is a CPD legal course speaker delivering seminars on election law, land compulsory sale, criminal defence and notarial practice. He is a panel solicitor with the Legal Aid Department, and provides at least 100 hours of pro bono legal services every year to the community and those in need.

Nicky served the Hong Kong Taekwondo national team and achieved Black Belt 5th dan in Taekwondo. He also practiced ISSF and IPSC air-pistol shooting.

Nicky is the Patron of Outstanding Martial Art Athlete Award with Lingnan University (since 2007).
