Mr. Liu Yuncheng has 10 years of practice experience. From 2010 to the first half of 2016, he primarily engaged in special legal services including corporate restructuring, equity transactions, IPOs, NEEQ listings, corporate bond and municipal bond issuance, and mergers and acquisitions. From the second half of 2016, he established a financial team, primarily engaged in litigation recovery of distressed assets and criminal legal matters in the financial sector. He has successively provided litigation and non-litigation legal services to multiple institutions including the Henan Branch of Bank of China, the Henan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Zhumadian Postal Savings Bank, Zhengzhou Jinshui Xianongcun Bank, the Henan Zhumadian Credit Cooperative, the Henan Zhumadian Rural Cooperative Foundation, Henan Chuangye Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd., and Henan Xinda Investment Management Co., Ltd., covering areas such as business advisory, loan recovery, shareholding restructuring, asset sales, financial leasing, real estate mortgage, project investment, financial project risk assessment, and commercial insurance.
