Ms. Li Yuheng joined Kangda Law Firm in 2008 and obtained her lawyer's practising qualification. She focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with extensive practice experience in dispute resolution in corporate, private equity and investment funds, real estate, and other civil and commercial areas. She is also skilled in complex family litigation matters such as cross-border marriage and inheritance, and has extensive experience in corporate and company legal affairs, serving as legal counsel to multiple listed companies. Over her 16 years of practice, she has independently handled or participated in over 300 litigation and arbitration cases across various fields, accumulating extensive experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution.

Representative Cases:

1. Represented American Sanxin Company in the Supreme People's Court retrial of a debt dispute with the China Academy of Telecommunications Technology, securing a retrial judgment in favour of the client and successfully enforcing it, recovering millions of US dollars in economic losses for the client.

2. Represented Rock Records in an artist management contract dispute with Yu-Quan. Despite an unfavourable first-instance judgment that declared the contract invalid and dismissed the claim for damages, the Beijing Higher People's Court reversed the decision on appeal, upheld the validity of the contract and awarded the full amount of the claim, securing millions of yuan in breach of contract damages for the client.

3. Represented the client in a series of third-party enforcement objection cases concerning the Beijing Zhonghui Square project, achieving complete victories at both the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court and the Beijing Higher People's Court, which resulted in the exclusion of the entire over 100,000-square-metre commercial project from enforcement, ultimately enabling the client to complete the overall transfer of the project.

4. Represented Civil Aviation Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) in an equity transfer dispute with a technology company, successfully achieving the litigation objective of recovering hundreds of millions of yuan in equity investment and returns.

5. Served as legal counsel to Beijing MTR Corporation Limited, Quantumctek Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Haotong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing No. 13 Middle School Branch, Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and China University of Petroleum (Beijing), among other companies and public institutions.
