She has completed many benchmark projects in the field of special situation/opportunity investment that the accumulated book value is over RMB 10 billion. Ms. FANG is proficient in leveraging a variety of legal techniques, including debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, debt-to-equity conversion, litigation recovery, and structured transactions to assist clients in achieving outstanding performance within their respective industries.

She has amassed extensive experience in asset acquisition, management, and disposal within the realm of special opportunity investments. Ms. FANG specializes in providing due diligence, transactional legal services, and she is capable of offering innovative financial products and asset management project solutions for a wide range of financial institutions and investment companies.
