Mr. Tan Xu specialises in legal matters in construction and real estate, power and energy, and other related fields, having participated on multiple occasions in construction and real estate projects, equity mergers and acquisitions, and investment and financing of power and energy enterprises for large enterprises. Mr. Tan has successfully represented hundreds of cases including real estate transactions, construction projects, property-related asset disposal, and franchise contract disputes. Mr. Tan currently serves as standing legal counsel to multiple central state-owned enterprises and well-known companies, with clients spanning construction and real estate, power and energy, and other industries.

1. Chengtong Group Southern Metals Co., Ltd. v. Shanghai Nuoben Trading Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xuzhong Warehousing Co., Ltd., et al. (property damage dispute, second-instance trial before the Supreme People's Court, subject amount of approximately RMB 300 million);

2. Huangshi Jingang Trading Co., Ltd. and Huangshi Yangzi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. housing lease contract dispute (retrial before the Supreme People's Court, large commercial supermarket lease dispute involving over 10,000 m²);

3. Wuhan Chaorui Hotel Management Co., Ltd. v. Hubei Qingchuan Shipping Co., Ltd. (financial distressed debt dispute, subject amount of RMB 80 million), representing the plaintiff and securing a favourable judgment;

4. Wuhan Xiongzi Warehousing Co., Ltd. v. Wuhan Jianghan District Land Consolidation and Reserve Affairs Centre and Wuhan Zhongxin Hongbo Real Estate Co., Ltd. (contract dispute, subject amount of approximately RMB 80 million);

5. Huabai Group Co., Ltd., Zhongji Guoneng Wujiaqu New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. v. Hubei Electric Power Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (construction contract dispute, representing the defendant and securing a favourable judgment);

6. Wuhan Runshichang Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd. v. Wuhan Beike Zhaofang Technology Co., Ltd. (franchise contract dispute, representing the defendant Wuhan Beike Zhaofang and securing a favourable judgment; this case involved a dispute over Beike Zhaofang's franchise model and had significant demonstrative effect nationwide);

7. Represented ten stores in franchise contract disputes against Wuhan Shiji Hongtu Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd. (prior to Mr. Tan's involvement, there were many adverse judgments against the stores; following his effective intervention, all ten stores won their cases);

8. Represented over 300 property owners simultaneously in decorated commercial housing quality disputes against the developer (no complaints filed, effectively resolving social conflicts).
