Ms. Cui Xiuyu focuses on litigation and arbitration in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in asset management, equity repurchase, factoring, financial leasing, construction engineering, legal risk and compliance, contract disputes, and standing legal advisory services, where she has extensive litigation and non-litigation legal experience. Over more than a decade of specialising in civil and commercial dispute resolution, she has handled hundreds of civil and commercial dispute cases, most of which were major litigation or non-litigation projects involving substantial amounts and complex factual circumstances, and she has achieved satisfactory results for clients in the aforementioned projects. She has also served as a senior lawyer at a listed company, gaining familiarity with the difficulties and key points of corporate risk control and accumulating extensive practical experience in internal corporate risk management and control, enabling her to provide targeted solutions for clients.
