Prior to practising law, Mr. Wang Xinquan gained work experience in enterprises, accumulating relatively rich legal experience in the fields of corporate, financial, and intellectual property matters. Since commencing practice, he has primarily engaged in litigation in areas including corporate, financial, and construction engineering, as well as non-litigation legal services in bankruptcy and distressed assets. He has served as counsel in numerous major, complex, and difficult civil and commercial litigation cases and as a member of non-litigation project teams. In addition, Mr. Wang Xinquan has served or is currently serving as legal counsel to the People's Government of Xincheng District, Hohhot.
