Mr. Hao Xiaowu has been with Kangda since 2016. He specialises in finance, commercial dispute resolution, complex criminal-civil cross-border cases, corporate matters, and distressed asset disposal cases.

He has represented clients in dozens of high-quality, high-value, complex and difficult civil and commercial cases before the Supreme People's Court, the Beijing Higher People's Court, the Shanghai Higher People's Court, the Guangdong Higher People's Court, the Zhejiang Higher People's Court, the Gansu Higher People's Court, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, among others. He also provides criminal legal services to listed companies, technology companies, and influential individual clients.

Mr. Hao places client interests at the centre of his practice.
