Xiaoqi GUO (Ms. GUO), joined in Beijing Kangda Law Firm in 1998 and has been practicing law until now. She is a senior partner, foreign-related lawyer, mainly responsible for international trade and business transactions and disputes resolution. She regularly counsels Fortune 500 companies, Chinese state-owned companies, and overseas companies. Ms. Guo is practicing with high knowledge and extensive experience in that complicated litigation and arbitration cases involving foreign parties or in the field of corporate investment and financing. Most of the disputes she handled were with very high influence in the legal sector of China. In addition to business transactions and disputes resolution, Ms. Guo has also accumulated extensive experience in anti-monopoly and intellectual property litigation, especially in overseas intellectual property infringement involving Chinese enterprises. Ms. Guo is on the list of panel arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and serves as a director of the China Academy of Arbitration Law. Ms. Guo actively participates in the communication of the international arbitration society.

Ms. GUO Xiaoqi was recognized as one of the "China 2025 Top 10 Women in Litigation" by DAWKINS.

The case "New Energy Vehicle Trade Secret Infringement Lawsuit", handled by Ms.GUO Xiaoqi, was selected as one of the "Top 10 Cases Promoting the Development of Rule of Law in 2024" by the Supreme People's Court and China Media Group (CMG). This case not only set a historic record for the highest compensation in intellectual property infringement but also became a landmark ruling in IP dispute resolution, carrying significant precedential value.

The case "Geely Automobile v. WM Motor for Trade Secret Infringement", represented by Ms. GUO Xiaoqi, won the Golden Line Award (Judicial Category – Antitrust & Unfair Competition) at the 5th Golden Line Awards jointly organized by Gaoshan Legal and Wolters Kluwer.

The "Patent Ownership and Trade Secret Case" represented by Ms. GUO Xiaoqi was awarded the "Deal of the Year 2024" by China Business Law Journal.

Ms. GUO Xiaoqi published an article titled "The Advantages and Strategies of Resolving Trade Secret Disputes Through Arbitration" in China Business Law Journal.

Ms. GUO Xiaoqi delivered a keynote speech titled "Transcending the Physical Limits of AI with Legal Metaphysics: Exploring Liability in AI-Related Infringement Cases" at the 2025 ALB China Dispute Resolution Summit.
