Mr. Chen Xiaobing's primary practice areas include government and corporate legal advisory, full-process legal services for construction engineering and real estate, representation in major and complex civil and commercial cases, and criminal defence. With nearly thirty years of legal practice, he has accumulated extensive experience and achieved outstanding results in the fields of construction engineering and real estate, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and defence against duty-related crimes. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, a member of the Ten-Member Constitutional and Civil Law Lecturers' Group of the People's Government of Dongcheng District, Beijing, a legal expert and people's supervisor of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Urban Management, and a think tank expert on e-commerce law for the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. He is the standing legal counsel for multiple government agencies, public institutions, and large central state-owned enterprises, and has represented clients in numerous large-scale civil and commercial disputes involving substantial amounts and complex relationships. He has also served as defence counsel in several major duty-related and economic crime cases with significant domestic impact.
