Mr. Han Xiao has over 10 years of legal experience. He studied under Mr. Liang Huixing, a renowned civil law scholar, a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and a key drafter of the Chinese Civil Code, Tort Liability Law, and Property Law. He has conducted in-depth research in civil law, particularly in the field of torts, and holds unique insights. He specialises in high-end criminal defence and has undertaken numerous influential criminal cases. He has successively served as legal counsel to multiple government agencies, listed companies, universities, public institutions, and commercial companies, possessing extensive legal service experience.

Representative cases include the 316 Wangfujing Watch Robbery Case, the Beijing Sky-High Towage Fee Case, Guo Jingming v. Li Feng (defamation), and the Ms. Jiang Medical Dispute Case (in which the hospital was found fully liable), among other well-known cases.
