Mr. Pei Shijun has 17 years of professional experience and has led the shareholding restructuring, NEEQ listing, stock issuance and listing, refinancing of listed companies, and acquisition and restructuring projects for dozens of companies.

He led the acquisition of FUIHAM Group by Inventronics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (300582); led the private placement project of Hamaton Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (300643); led the acquisition of Shunyuan Group by Hichain Logistics Co., Ltd. (603836); provided special legal services for multiple local government bonds for Anhui Shoukai Capital, Taihe County and Fuyang City; and provided special legal services for the National Reform and Development Fund's investment in Zhejiang Keyuan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Senyu Culture Media Co., Ltd.

In the field of venture capital and private equity investment, he has provided full-process legal services for the establishment, fund raising and operation of multiple private equity investment management companies. In the field of mergers and acquisitions, he has represented multiple large enterprises in participating in acquisition and restructuring transactions, with extensive transaction experience.
