Mr. Chen Peng has over 10 years of professional experience. Since 2010, he has served as the head of the legal department for foreign-invested enterprises and joint-stock companies, primarily handling internal corporate legal affairs. Since transitioning to private practice in 2013, he has accumulated extensive case experience in corporate equity disputes and internal corporate governance, while also serving as legal counsel to multiple corporate clients. He has led numerous major litigation and arbitration cases, including: a dispute over ownership of the "Beijing Hexie Plaza" valued at hundreds of millions of yuan, heard by the Beijing Higher People's Court, involving Beijing Jianxing Longda Trading Co., Ltd., the Liuliqiao Village Committee, Tianchuang Weiye Investment Company, and Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd.; an arbitration case concerning equity repurchase disputes heard by the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, involving Qifeng Food Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Golden Throat Co., Ltd.; and an administrative dispute over a "RMB 5.5 billion" penalty heard by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, involving Beibadao Group Co., Ltd. and the CSRC.
