Ms. Cai Liping has nearly 20 years of professional experience. In her early years, she focused on civil and commercial litigation. After returning from overseas studies, she expanded her practice into capital markets and foreign-related legal affairs, and has served as the Party Branch Secretary of a law firm. She specialises in securities IPOs, cross-border bond issuance, equity mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, and major commercial dispute resolution. With a deep understanding of business operations and commercial mechanisms, and by integrating litigation risk assessment with non-litigation compliance strategies, she provides clients with full-chain closed-loop legal services covering pre-transaction prevention, in-transaction handling, and post-transaction remedies.

She has long served urban investment platforms, listed companies, and large enterprises, acting as standing legal counsel to over ten entities. Representative projects and cases include: participation in the IPO of Zhongke Environmental Protection and the NEEQ listing of Chuangshi Molybdenum; handling of overseas US dollar bond issuances by urban investment platforms and the Hong Kong listing of overseas subsidiaries of domestic listed companies; handling of cross-border equity mergers and acquisitions between Founder Securities and Credit Suisse; and handling of multiple major commercial disputes involving equity, trademarks, and contracts for well-known brands including Apple and Adidas.
