Ms. Zhang Lingwen specialises in complex and difficult litigation and non-litigation matters in contract law, corporate law, and other areas, and serves as the Executive Director of the Commercial Arbitration Research Centre under the First Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Committee of Kangda Law Firm. Over her 16 years of practice, she has provided legal services to various enterprises and individuals, including the Financial Services Office of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China Minsheng Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, Pfizer China, Siemens Germany, Hisoar Pharmaceutical, and Tianjin TEDA.

Representative cases include: arbitration disputes concerning a technology transfer agreement between Hisoar Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Ruihai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and a pharmaceutical company; arbitration disputes over investment contract agreements between an investor and a fund management company; and administrative verification of various financial enterprises, including P2P online lending platforms, financial leasing companies, commercial factoring companies, private fund managers, microfinance companies, and financing guarantee companies.
