Ms. Cai Lingling graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, and subsequently pursued further studies at Renmin University of China, obtaining a postgraduate qualification. She previously worked as a legal professional at the Legal Service Centre of the Zhangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice in Fujian Province. She joined Kangda Law Firm in 2008 and currently serves as a member of the Company Law Committee of Kangda Law Firm. Ms. Cai possesses professional legal knowledge and over 20 years of extensive legal experience. She specialises in major and complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and has achieved numerous successful cases and accumulated substantial litigation experience in areas including real estate development, construction contract disputes, property transactions, corporate commercial disputes, corporate equity disputes, and civil matrimonial and inheritance matters. Ms. Cai has also served as standing legal counsel to over ten companies, handling a large number of legal matters related to day-to-day corporate operations, commercial cooperation, and market development.
