Ms. Luo Hong has over 10 years of professional experience. She specialises in legal matters relating to equity investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and equity incentives, and is well-versed in domestic and international capital markets. Ms. Luo has provided legal services for dozens of companies in domestic IPOs and NEEQ listings, for multiple investment institutions in equity investments, and for multiple target companies in introducing equity investors. She has also provided legal services for multiple companies in equity structure adjustments, equity incentives, and co-investment incentives, and serves as legal counsel to over ten companies.
