Mr. Jiang Hanshi has over 35 years of professional experience. He specialises in civil and commercial litigation representation, criminal defence, and special legal services for real estate development and operation, with particular expertise in special legal services for urban renewal and land consolidation and interest coordination in Shenzhen. He has represented real estate developers including COFCO Real Estate and Poly Tianhe in real estate dispute cases. He has served as defence counsel in criminal cases for individuals including a former deputy presiding judge of the Enforcement Division of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, a former deputy director of the Longgang Public Security Bureau, a former director of the Huizhou Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau, and a former party secretary of Shenzhen Polytechnic. He has served as standing legal counsel to dozens of enterprises across industries including hydropower, thermal power, real estate, apparel, and logistics.
