RUI Gang served as a judge in Beijing court for many years and has extensive trial experience before becoming a lawyer. After resigning from court, he served as a senior consultant, a partner and a member of the knowledge management committee of a law firm which ranked No.1 at Chambers. Later, he joined Beijing Kangda Law Firm and concurrently served as an arbitrator of the Beihai International Arbitration Commission, a mediator of the Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, a legal expert of Sina Judicial Channel expert database etc.

RUI Gang has many-year experience of trial . While he was working at court, handling thousands of cases of various types. He provided legal services for a number of large state-owned enterprises as a lawyer, and was responsible for handling numerous major commercial litigation, arbitration and criminal defense for the large state-owned enterprise groups and their subsidiaries, all of which have achieved satisfactory results for clients.

Rui Gang is good at handling criminal and high-end complex civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution in the financial field, and has extensive experience in the fields of finance, energy, real estate, and corporate equity. He was invited to be a honored guest on TV programs such as "The Rule of Law in Progress", "The Judge's Statement" and etc, and was awarded the honor of Sina Judicial Channel's top ten outstanding legal persons in 2017.

Rui Gang has taken multiple positions and actively fulfilled his social responsibilities. He was invited to participate in the public evaluation activities of the Supreme People's Court trial public website and gave a presentation on the activity. He was invited to lecture on "State-owned Enterprise Financing Trade Risks and Prevention" at the Beijing Lawyers College, and was invited to lecture on "Overview on and Risk Prevention of Supply Chain Finance Law ", "Legal Issues and Risk Prevention of Factoring", "Legal Issues and Risk Prevention of Financial Lease" and etc. Rui Gang has opened a series of supply chain finance columns, has written and published considerable professional articles in media publications such as Beijing Daily, Beijing Judges, Beijing Court Network, China Court Network, Sina Judicial Channel, Trial Business Exchange, China Lawyer Network and other media publications.
