Mr. Li Fuduo served at the Design and Research Institute of the Liaoning Provincial Prison Administration Bureau from 1999 to 2001.

From 2001 to 2017, he worked at Liaoning Fade Law Firm.

From 2017 to the present, he has been practising at Kangda Law Firm (Shenyang).
