Mr. Xie Feng has over 15 years of professional experience, specialising in corporate bankruptcy and liquidation, distressed asset disposal, private equity fund investment and financing, government legal services, and construction engineering and real estate. Mr. Xie has long been engaged in corporate bankruptcy and liquidation legal services and participated in the establishment of the Xiamen Bankruptcy Administrator Association. He has served as the head of the liquidation team (administrator-in-charge) and led the bankruptcy and liquidation work of multiple companies in Xiamen and Putian. He has also provided full-process legal services for self-liquidation of subsidiaries of Xiamen municipal state-owned enterprises, including Xiamen Municipal Group, Xiamen Port Holding Group, and Xiamen Xiangyu Group. Mr. Xie has also participated in numerous private equity investment projects and has provided legal services to dozens of financial institutions, including legal due diligence for debt financing as well as distressed asset collection and disposal. Additionally, Mr. Xie serves as legal counsel to several government bodies in Xiamen, providing administrative, civil and other legal services to government departments and public institutions.
