Primary areas of practice focus on non-litigation services, including enterprise restructuring, investment and financing, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and refinancing of listed companies, as well as securities litigation. During his practice, he has led several projects with significant market influence, including the acquisition and restructuring of Jiangnan Chemical by China North Industries Group Corporation, the IPO of Aerospace Nanhu, the first STAR Market-listed enterprise of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, and the RMB 21 billion private placement financing of COFCO Fulinmen, a subsidiary of COFCO Corporation. In addition, the restructuring and listing projects of Aerospace Rainbow and AVIC Shenyang, which he also led, were recognised by the China Securities Regulatory Commission as representative capital operation projects of the respective years.
