Ms. Yuan Fang is the Director of the Public Legal Services Department of Kangda's Haikou Office, Director of the Public Interest Committee, and Head of the Lecturers' Group. With over 25 years of practice experience, she has accumulated extensive practical experience in legal matters relating to real estate development, construction, sales, and property management.
