During his tenure at the procuratorate, he served successively as an investigator, investigation core member, special case team leader, and Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, organising and participating in the investigation of over 100 major duty-related crime cases across all branches of the PLA, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Armed Police, Rocket Force, Joint Logistic Support Force, and other services. Many of these cases involved senior military officers, and multiple cases were prosecuted without any confession. All cases handled resulted in guilty verdicts by the courts, recovering accumulated economic losses of over RMB 1 billion for the state and the military. He also organised and participated in the review and prosecution of dozens of ordinary criminal cases and duty-related crime cases. In recognition of his outstanding performance, he was awarded a Third-Class Merit Citation and has been repeatedly named Outstanding Prosecutorial Cadre and Outstanding Investigator, demonstrating his extensive case-handling experience.

He was seconded to a department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and served as the Director of the Office of the Beijing Military-Civilian Procuratorial Cooperation Leading Group, taking the lead in organising and coordinating the cooperation between military and civilian procuratorial authorities in Beijing and Tianjin. He achieved outstanding results in the investigation of military-civilian cross-border cases, procuratorial-related appeals and petitions, public interest litigation cooperation, and mutual visits and exchanges. Through extensive interaction and long-term collaboration, he established strong relationships with local procuratorial authorities at all three levels in Beijing and Tianjin, earning unanimous recognition from leaders and colleagues in both military and civilian procuratorial authorities.

On behalf of a Beijing military procuratorate, he co-organised with the Beijing People's Procuratorate the "Into Hundreds of Institutions, Thousands of People Legal Education" campaign, and led the joint initiative with Beijing's three-tier local procuratorial authorities to organise the "Building a Strong Military Dream, Delivering Law to Military Camps" campaign. He successively organised and co-organised with local Beijing procuratorial authorities visits to over 100 military units stationed in Beijing, including the 70th National Day Military Parade Village, the Guards of Honour of the Three Services, seven medical centres of the PLA General Hospital, and armed police command units, providing legal consultation services and resolving legal issues for military personnel. He personally delivered over 60 rule-of-law education lectures to officers and soldiers across various services, reaching over 30,000 personnel, and received warm welcome and high praise from the troops.

As the only representative from a primary-level military procuratorate, he was selected by his superiors to study at the Russian Federal Military University in Moscow, Russia, and delivered a keynote speech at the Tripartite Military Procuratorate Forum of China, Russia, and Uzbekistan. He has published numerous articles in media outlets including Xinhua News Agency's client platform, Procuratorial Daily, and Toutiao, and was appointed as a special correspondent by the Procuratorial Daily of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

After transitioning from the military procuratorial system, he joined Kangda Law Firm, becoming a practising lawyer in the Financial Legal Business Department and later being promoted to partner. His practice areas encompass criminal defence, civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate compliance, bankruptcy and restructuring, and other fields. He has handled numerous criminal, civil, and non-litigation cases, demonstrating a high level of legal professionalism and comprehensive abilities in communication, coordination, and overcoming difficulties.
