Mr. Yang Dafei has over 15 years of professional experience, primarily specialising in criminal defence. Throughout his practice, the majority of cases he has handled have been criminal matters. Notable cases include: the acquittal of Teng Cairong in a golf ball theft case; the acquittal of Gao Ruju after serving ten years for intentional homicide; the bribery case of Qian Zengde, who was listed among the "Top 100 Fugitives" (Red Notice); the acquittal of Mr. Li from PetroChina Gansu Lanzhou Sales Company on charges of abuse of power; and the non-prosecution decision by the public prosecution authority in the case of Mr. He from Honghu, Hubei, who was suspected of falsely issuing special VAT invoices. Since joining Kangda in 2014, he has been exposed to a substantial number of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Within the team, he is responsible for addressing the criminal liabilities of business owners, while also accumulating experience in the restructuring of distressed enterprises prior to formal bankruptcy proceedings.
